The Maldon and Baringhup Agricultural Society, in conjunction with the Maldon Community Center Committee, will host a series of Old Time Dances during 2006. Several years ago, the Agricultural Society started holding an annual Easter Dance. These events proved to be popular, and the Society was requested to hold more-frequent dances. In the latter half of 2005, the dances were held every second month. This was welcome news for Maldon's regular dancers, several of whom expressed the hope that they would continue.

Dances are held in the Maldon Community Center Hall, Francis St. Starting at 8 p.m. Music by the The Rhythm Aires Duo. Door prize, two spot prizes, and a raffle. A light supper will be provided. Entry $8.00 per person or $15.00 per couple. Contact phone: 0403 266 490.
